Appraisals Motivation

The boss also needs to keep track of their direct employees attendance; tardiness, missed hours, off time, absences and also employee training records and costs. Most of the time all these need proper recording. However, not all boss are so disciplined and so organized. During time of appraisals, most of the time, there was no proper review. Most of the time is based on what the boss can remember and your relationship with your boss.
