You get what you give in your life, and this is especially true of your workplace. What you get out of your work? In anyway, it all depends on what you put into it. Your work performance will not only make a difference to your boss, it will also makes a difference to you.
Do your best at work, and you will be rewarded. People will notice that you work hard. You may get a pay rise, or you may not. Either way, you’ll become a leader in your workplace. Leaders will get rewarded over time.
Do your best at work, and you will be respected too. Your supervisor may not know who the best producers are, but everyone else does. When you give your best effort, you will gain the respect of your peers.
Do your best at work, and you will love what you do. Aim to reach high everyday, and you will feel better about what you are doing. Become a better labourer, and you will become a better producer! Give your best effort.
