		<description>According to my perception success means ,when we fix a target and put all efforts to get that is called success. but if we fail to achieve that it means we  missed an opportunity but it does not  mean a failure .failure means, when somebody stops trying and lose  hopes.we should keep trying to achieve the target which we have fixed for us</description>
