Motivated By Money
What is the ingredient for success? Why every year there are top producers in real estate, top producers or achievers in the insurance industry and any other sales industry? What is the thing that inspire and motivate these people to work differently from the rest of their friends and colleagues?
The answer is Money and Love. When you have no money, you have to think of ways to earn money for yourself and your family. Education and knowledge are not the only gateway to earning money. Many successful entrepreneurs that we see are not highly educated. How many business owners are university graduates in the society? How many successful real estate agents are high school graduates?
Very often, the top producers in the companies are the simple ones who have the mentality of ‘Just Do it’ and they cannot be bordered to ‘think too much’. They have lots of courage and they have no fear. They want money. They know money is very important to them. Money makes their family happy. Money can buy lots of toys and educational materials for their children. Money can buy medicine for their old parents at home. They are too stressed up for money. They have no time to think too much. They only have time to work for more money. They need to think of ways to make money coming into their pockets.
This is an example of what money can inspire people to do. By making use of simple donation, little kids are marvelled at it. What is happier for parents to see their children laugh and be merry? Parents gave their children money, for them to put these money into the donation box and watch the man, Artist Impression, moves. You want to see me move, you pay me. The more you pay, the more you see me move. In this way, the donation box is soon filled up with money! If you got courage, you got money!
