Pictures Motivator

Motivation is such a mystery. Why does one salesperson see his first prospect at seven in the morning and another salesperson is just getting out of bed at eleven? Every body has different ‘factors’ that motivate them. Give a lecture to a thousand people. One walks out and says,”I am going to change my life.” Another one walks out with a yawn, muttering to himself,”I have heard all this before!” Why is that so? Why wouldn’t both be affected the same way? Still another example, a millionaire says to a thousand people. “I read this book and it started me on the road to wealth.” How many people go out and get the book? Very few. Isn’t this incredible? Why wouldn’t everyone get the book? Not everyone has the same motivator. Some people are motivated by the thought of money, while some people are motivated by love. Others are motivated by sight — watching movies, people and even pictures and paintings, just like me.
Not everyone has the ability to read. Old people may have difficulties reading. Small children and lowly educated people have difficulties in understanding certain books. Their selection of books are limited. Illiterate people cannot read at all. Regardless of all educational levels and vision capability, everybody need motivation in their life. Those sweepers on the road, those cleaners in the toilet, what makes them continue working everyday?
Pictures are the best motivator. Toddlers cannot read, but they can see pictures. People who do not like to read, will not say no to pictures.
