Look impressive, all the celebrities…. Excellent Service Award somemore, so all the more I felt more at ease, since it is a matter of MY FACE….. But I was wrong
The moment I stepped into their shop, Biofocus International, I felt very uneasy. It was so smelly, really smelly, I cannot stand it — the kind of incense which smell like the Chinese Temple. (The Chinese Incense used by Buddhist also got various type, this is the type which I cannot stand, and I felt like going out as soon as I stepped in) But I ‘control’, since I came so far, and it is free (I thought, and they ‘said’). Richard asked me again and again if it was really free! But I was prepared anyway, knowing this kind of people….
The mess on my neck, and the fact that I specially instructed them about my eyes — “I am wearing contact lenses, please be careful, don’t touch my eyes.” What you think? The whatever don’t know what gel/cream went into my eyes. I knew it, it was my eyes!!! Guess what she said? Never mind, nothing wrong one, and did she know anything about the human eyes? This is so infuriating. What if my eyes could not be opened later on, the contact lens sticked to my eyes and so on? So irresponsible, and she did nothing, but I asked for ’tissue paper’ and I knew how to take care of my eyes. If I need to depend on her advice, I would be a dog and they will lead me to my bank, digging all my money out of my bank! And too bad, I don’t have so much money to be digged also!
After the facial, my neck and my chest and my face was not totally cleaned! I only came to know about those ‘dirt’ (the left over mask) while I was lying at Singapore Flyer, when I accidentally touched my neck. I came to know that my face was not clean when I looked into the mirror at the escalator at Central. As for my chest, I felt it. What if I was wearing a high neck clothes on that day? Their service is not superior, given the kind of money I paid for a single session, and given the kind of promise they had given to customer. It is ‘cheating’ indirectly.
Can you imagine these celebrities which took photographs with them? If they are really so good, why the fatty is still so fat, and why so many celebrities always need to have so much make-up. The ‘receptionist’, the one who sit in front, the one who want to ask me to sign up even more package before I left, NO NAME TAG, NO INTRODUCTION, don’t know what is her name or position, full of make-up on her face, said how good how good is their treatment and how cheap how good is their treatment if I took them all now. Anyway, I am so tired of mentioning their service. Said about lucky dip, but it was all to their own benefits, and none to your benefits, customer’s benefits.
Filled up the form, but I was not given any analysis of my skin, never even showed me ANYTHING, what I bought, what I was given, etc etc, nothing. Can you imagine, I was lying down, doing treatment, and How do you expect me to see what you have given me and what you applied on my face? If Clara had not taken a photograph of me, I would not have seen the colour of the mask either.
known for modern cosmetology as seen from their posters, otherwise I won’t know. It is all machines at work afterall… and thanks to the high suction/vacuum, I had two red scratches (really a cat) that night I came home. It was painful. I told the woman, Ali, and later she lowered the vacuum, otherwise, my face would have three whiskers or more instead of two!

BioFocus – I was invited for the “free” facial some months ago and best, supposed to get a free gift worth $158 too. I do not know if they spat cream on my face when masking but i could feel the proper facial procedure was done on me.
After the session, i was made to pay $88 but i did not do so. As i was looking for a facial place, i decided to sign up from their $3k package; only a 6 session course but i made the consultant ‘absorbed’ the $88 as i was firmed and told them off that why should i pay since it is supposed to be a FREE facial. Besides, i was not given my $158 gift, that value would be greater to cover the $88. I could feel she was grumbling something like she has to use her voucher but she “absored” it anyway.
I am trying to clear my balance 3 or 4 facials course left and i agree, i DO NOT LIKE the the service and i feel looked down too. The few time i went down, i was made to buy this n that n luckily i managed not to tell them i am not interested anymore and i could feel the “different in treatment” from the consultant.
I have recently made a feedback to the Biofocus owner too and my concern now is that since no refund from the balance course is allowed, i cant wait to complete the course. I may be still looking for facials but at biofocus? “Thank you” ……

After reading what you had to comment about bio focus i find u totally ridiculous n it really served u right that the owner decided to sue you for all the damages u may have done! Are you ignorant or just plain stupid not to know that there’s NOTHING FREE in this world??? Definitely they didnt force u to buy the$88 thingy? Since u agreed to continue their so called better treatment then you should just accept it n not making a big hooha about ppl cheating your money. Do u really think they r running a charity?? Definitely they will want u to sign up a package after the treatment..nothing wrong about it!! So a precious lesson to you.. if u dun have money or dun feel like spending dun be a SUPER CHEAPSKATE and go 4 FREE treatment so it can save u all the unneccesary agony.

I guess is individual expectation,no comments no money to hire lawyer. But,my mummy has with Bio Focus since year 05.

Bio Focus has instructed representing lawyer to proceed this case to High Court of libellous allegations for defamation.

You been criticize people qualification and lawyer qualification is higher than you. Even teacher you also criticize. A road sweeper also gain people respect. First of all, is you want to accept for the invitation which you can reject. Is you want to accept everything in the first place no one force you. We do business not charity like all the businesses. You try the service people promote to client to buy package and is nothing wrong. Which business do not promote and you do insurance do you promote? Think before you comment. If you do not like beauty you can turn off the offer and yet you accept and make noise. Ask those lady go beauty, is there any beauty center in the world go beauty center with free package? Is you said you are poor don’t even earn $800 per month and just want come for free and want to sign up without forcing of $88 treatment. We did nothing wrong. Open up daily strait time even tv advert. How many center invite free trial to let client try out? Do they later promote package to client? You accepted the invitation yourself first of all. If said we are not right and which mean in singapore all the merchants are not right. You are too narrow minded and our clients did say is you want to try free thing and did we go to your house force or pull you to come. Understanding people and those need to do beauty know well. As you have advertsed your picture with heavy makeup and why criticize my poster of celebraties with heavy make up? You ask my qualification? I may not be higher than you and I let lawyer handle you. But, I may be more capable than you since you like comparison. I have been in business for many years and many clients base. You want proof again? Not only your heart have god, everyone does have too.Maybe, you are too jealous other women can make it going to beauty but you keep saying you can’t afford. Then don’t keep insulting us. Go and ask those go beauty how much they pay for treatment other place and is $88 very common. And go to counters selling products in departmental store and how much per bottles of products? I do not need to say people know maybe just you do not know and make a big remarks. And really a laughing story to our clients and saying you are a”weird” woman. You are focing me to comment out.
Maybe, you do not know the law and consequences so you like to post libellous allegations of many others in you blog. Even criticize malaysian ,my staff the “Malaysian Style way” of talking. And is against nationalism. Let me tell you since you do not know the law. I can sue you for bankruptcy if you could not afford for my damages if i sucessfuly won the case. We are still calculation the damages amount $200k to $300K

Bio Focus can accept feedback from clients but not defamation and insulting. A geniue and sincere client will feedback but not defamation.
