Importance of First Impression
I still remember his face clearly. A fair guy, Mr Goh Yang Chye was sitting on his desk. His office was neat, if I remember clearly. He is still someone whom I always remembered, the first impression that lasts, even when I was still working at Prudential some years ago. He was representing Prudential then when I first met him. During those years where I worked at Prudential, I came to know that his office was at relocated….

First Impression That Stays Rooted
He has a very special kind of Charisma, just like Dr Tony Tan also. I had forgotten exactly what he had told me, but his words were ‘powerful’, convincing and he speaks with confidence, real charisma. He is something ‘professional’ in his work, got knowledge and got not ‘forceful’ on people, giving true advice I suppose (I only have One meeting with him only). His degree hanging on the wall, that shows his proud achievement. One thing I always never forget is this that he told me,”A professional don’t advertise. Do you see doctors advertise? Do you see doctors going around to tell people to come to them?” This may not be the exact words which he said, but the main points are there — Professionals don’t advertise. And over the years, I see that Prudential hardly advertise at all, but there was one time I saw an advertisement of the “LADY HEAD” (Prudential Logo). But today, Mr Goh Yang Chye had left Prudential, something which I had already learned about before I left Prudential.

What’s In A Name
Mr Goh Yang Chye, as the name suggest, sound like a 人才 (ren2 cai2 = talent) — in cantonese, Goh Yang Chye would have sound like Gold 人才, a golden talented man. I am so proud of him. He is so successful now, have his own Private Limited company. He has 出人 头 地, successful in life already, climax after climax he reached. I am so touched to read about his BIO, CEO Mr Goh Yang Chye, I am really so touched. The word ‘Practitioner’, what he told me, it was very true at that point of analysis, the handwriting analysis and DISC. Name really holds so much significance in our life.

As quoted from his website, I tried to search for his name, not the first time… he is always on my mind… : ” Yang Chye is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of GYC Financial Advisory. Yang Chye graduated with an engineering degree from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Life Insurance from the Australian Insurance Institute. My Pride
This Great Life I experienced, living with Hope, living with Mission, living with Purpose to fulfill. My first step, my belief, has paid off. I am feeling Happy, HAPPINESS!

I had my first dream on 5th April 2008, Saturday, ever since my encounter with God and my transformation ever since. It was a scary dream, could not really remember the details, but only vague images — a fish with stomach bloated with parasites, lots of worms, very disgusting. The rest I had totally forgotten.

Last night, I had a short dream too. It was rather vague as well, but I can recall now what is it, but I do not wish to reveal it. The night, I heard door sound, always, sometimes knocking, somethings closing, and I am very blurred by all these sound, and don’t know what they mean.

Last night, I visited websites on how to swim butterfly stroke. I told Richard that I wanted to go library to borrow books on Butterfly stroke, but he asked me to go internet. So last night, I managed to read some information about butterfly swimming stroke. There were YouTube videos on butterfly swimming too. The whole night of consciousness, if I ever had, it was focused on ‘dry swimming’ — ’siew ta chui’ (teochew = swim dry water). It was not easy to swim in dry water, as it involves a lot of imagination.

This morning, another surprise, another mystery, another new chapter of the day. For once, my life is really a world of song and melody, sound and voices. The sun seem to smile today, it is, I supposed so. On first sight of it, as I just came back from school, I went to my room to visit my Father in Heaven, He is smiling! Just like the Sun in the show Teletubby, so cheerful. For the first time, the sun really looks like having a mouth that smile, just like what we always draw.

It was such a strong sunlight. Birds are still what I see. Today, the crow was standing still. I knew the story of the crow, the crow in relation to my brother, my big brother, the little white rabbit. I captured a few photographs of the crow and then I proceed to the living room. Amazingly, this time, I saw a black crane!!!!!!! Yesterday was a white crane, white with yellow beak. Today, a totally black, First Time I saw a black crane in Singapore, in my life. It must be the pacific Reef-Egret (Egretta sacra).

The Future

Ignorance Is Risk

Life seems to be predestined the moment you are born. You may be crying, you may have illness, you may have this and that, but you do not know what it is, what you want, until one day, you ask for it, you want it and you find it. Complicated, not an easy explanation, but I experienced it all, and I am filled with touched. I am filled with tears, but not sadness, but real TOUCH, real gladness and REAL PRIDE, pride not of myself, but pride in being seeing my love ones still around, my love ones still healthy and my love ones all happily working, with their happy lives and studies, working and so on. My pride is I am the daughter of God, and my pride is I am a Catholic. I am a Roman Catholic. And my pride is not having the university degree, nor having all the possessions I have now. My greatest pride is I am walking around with the cross on my bosom or chest, the place right where my necklace hang the cross with Jesus crucified on it. Today I am wearing it, even right now. It is the same old cross, which I put down some many years back, but somehow, today, even now, both Richard and I are wearing it back, and today, I had the greatest answer of LIFE, the greatest ever and the greatest ever answer I have and ever experienced. I am deeply touched, and I have fear yet again, fear of the upcoming mission, fear of the rest of the road lying upfront of me. It is fight after fight, never ending.

This is the song on my handphone, my morning ringtone, alarm to wake me up, and this is the ring tone which I have set and this is the ring tone which give me answers as well. How nice everything works, how nice everything is planned. Everything is planned well and miraculously. Awesome, and unbelievable. I rewound my clock, I looked back at my posts and it is unbelievable. Sometimes I even forget what I had written. But they are my true words and I am glad I never cheated on anybody, and not even myself.

The sisters who had doted on me, the sisters who had always helped me.

Final Destiny is not for me to decide, but there is really God, God will decide, but we have to co-operate with God. If you listen to God, God will help. God knows, God really knows and he really knows — it is not a matter of how you pray even. It is your heart that counts, in addition to the Laws of course. I will tell you more, I have so much to share, so much things to be revealed. Incredible, miraculous and awesome. Faith says that tomorrow is a new day…. and Today is the beginning of it. Positive living by Faith. There is no secret to a great life at all. The only one who can give you a great life is within yourself. The first step to a great life is no secret at all, but belief in yourself, belief in God and belief you can achieve what you want. With God, anything is possible, God the Father who loves us, just like you would love your own children.

I experienced God’s grace, mercy and love. I encountered God, the almighty and powerful God, I have fear, fear of God, I am scared, but I have new life. A new life, a great experience I had, a great life experience I ever had.

Opposing Force, Just like Friction when you are walking on the road

More than Just A HEART : Our Source of POWER, OUR LIFE
Who is in your heart? There are many people in your lives. There are your mother, father, children, spouses, friends, relatives, brothers and sisters and so on. Who is the most important person in your heart. Many times, we do not know IF you do not experience it. You may think, but that is only thoughts and they may not be true.

You don’t have to SEE the heart to know that you have a heart
Your heart does not only serve as the organ that pumps blood to your whole body, providing oxygen and all your body and mind. The heart not only circulate blood to your body. Your heart keeps you moving and keeps you alive. Your heart, besides all these biological function, helps to DRIVE your body, your LIFE. You may not be alive now and LIVE, but you do not know where your heart LIES. You can only know theoretically, and know its shape theoretically. Its anatomy you know by reading the books. But you can never get to see your real heart, your real shape and anatomy. By the time you get to see them, you are dead.

Cultivate THE MIND, Gain Wisdom and knowledge
Similarly, there are the bibles, there are the people who preach, there are the people who prophesies and the people who teach. The bibles said about God, the bible mentioned Jesus and all the many things. I always have doubts and I cannot imagine what God is like and how God is POSSIBLE. But somehow, I was DIRECTED and GUIDED now. I SEE THE LIGHT.

Can You Describe Air, Wind, Friction, Sound, Heat, Cold and Warmth
I SEE THE LIGHT, but it is hard for me to explain and write it down all in a post and all in words. It takes me half of my LIFE journey to SEE THE LIGHT. How can I use one post and a few words and a few sentences to describe everything?

But you can see the transformation in me. I am going to be an example to you. I am the instrument that GOD had chosen ME to show the WORLD. The path is never easy. I wanted to GIVE UP many a times, no bullshit. It is so hard, I am not complaining. MY heart is willing to face and hold on to all the weights I can ever bare — to FOLLOW GOD, to gain SUCCESS.

THE MOST POISONOUS and BEAUTIFUL things in this world are NOT FREE
There are so many temptations in this world. How do you choose to lead your life? When you are walking on the path, how many times do you see beautiful flowers and colourful fruits and attractive animals that you are attracted to? Are they needs or wants? Do you need to capture them or to slow down your journey to touch them? If you think that the red rose in pathway is free, pluck it and you pay a price. You get hurt in your hands. If you think the golden dart frog is very cute when you encounter it on your way, you want to touch it, think twice. The most poisonous frog on earth and the skin of one frog could kill up to 1000 people, is none other than the golden dart frog which you think is small and cute. Free to touch, but a price to pay. Your prize is the path you are going. Why should you be hindered by such obstacles or temptations, whichever you called that?

Take care of your mind and you take care of your heart
The problem lies in your heart and not those around you. People can tell you, advise you, counsel you and scold you. You hear, you may not listen. You listen, you may not understand. You understand, you may not practice what you understand. Your heart do not listen to you. Your heart and mind do not tally. Your heart and the mind do not unite as ONE. The power to focus is your determination and will-power. How to cultivate the power of focusing and determination? It is through constant practice and knowledge.

Theory and Practical Are Never the Same
You can know all the facts about sales, getting motivated, getting focus and just do it, and so on to get your sales target and results. But do you really know what is really called focusing when it comes to practical? Many Financial Advisers are seen chatting, they are seen idling when they are at road shows. These are not free. For every space that you rent in Singapore, you need to pay a price for usage. You go to the roadshow to make money, not to spend your time chatting with your peers. You chat and idle, you are going to miss out on potential prospects which pass by. Opportunities slipped. You go back with the same result as where you started from. Who are to be blamed?

TIME is Money, Time Is precious, Do you want to Waste Unnecessary Time
If you know what is your goal, your path you are leading, do not distracted by other things around you. If your goal is to talk to 50 people and to close a sale then remember the target on your head, but you must have a disciplined heart. Merely having a disciplined mind is not enough. Your mind and heart combine and united that would be perfect. How to assure that you FOLLOW the right way and follow GOOD AND not EVIL, leading to your destruction in your career or any aspect of your life?

Real Discipline Comes From Discipline of THE HEART
If you put useful seeds in the mind, they will grow into useful plants. Your mind will flourish with beautiful flowers and the beautiful and positive energy blood will circulate to your heart. Your heart will have the positive energy to pump positive energy to your mind and body. That would be GOOD energy and no matter how the DEVIL come to disturb you, your will-power will be strong enough to curb all the EVIL forces around you. No body would like to have failures. Destruction is failure. If you do not want to lead to the pathway of destruction and failure in your life, you have to have a disciplined heart.

If You Don’t Drive Your Life, Satan will Drive For You
The wandering mind is the mind with no will power and no goals. The weak minds are the targets of Satan. The minds that are lost will be easily destroy by Satan if you are not careful. A great life doesn’t happen by accident. A great life is the result of allocating your time, energy, thoughts, and hard work towards what you want your life to be. Stop setting yourself up for stress and failure, and start setting up your life to support success and ease. A great life is the result of using the 24/7 you get in a creative and thoughtful way, instead of just what comes next. Customize these “secrets” to fit your own needs and style, and start creating your own great life today!

1. S – Simplify. A great life is the result of simplifying your life. People often misinterpret what simplify means. It’s not a way to remove work from your life. When you focus on simplifying your life, you free up energy and time for the work that you enjoy and the purpose for which you are here. In order to create a great life, you will have to make room for it in yours first.

2. E – Effort. A great life is the result of your best effort. Creating a great life requires that you make some adjustments. It may mean re-evaluating how you spend your time, or choosing to spend your money in a different way. It may mean looking for new ways to spend your energy that coincide with your particular definition of a great life. Life will reward your best effort.

3. C – Create Priorities. A great life is the result of creating priorities. It’s easy to spend your days just responding to the next thing that gets your attention, instead of intentionally using the time, energy and money you have in a way that’s important to you. Focus on removing the obstacles that get in the way of you making sure you are honoring your priorities.

4. R – Reserves. A great life is the result of having reserves – reserves of things, time, space, energy, money. Reserves are important because they reduce the fear of consequences, and that allows you to make decisions based on what you really want instead of what the fear decides for you.

5. E – Eliminate distractions. A great life is the result of eliminating distractions. Up to 75% of your mental energy can be tied up in things that are draining and distracting you. Eliminating distractions can be a difficult concept to many people, since they haven’t really considered that there is another way to live. Look around at someone’s life you admire. What do they do that you would like to incorporate into your own life? Ask them how they did it. Find ways to free up your mental energy for things that are more important to you.

6. T – Thoughts. A great life is the result of controlling your thoughts so that you accept and allow for the possibility that it actually can happen to you! Your belief in the outcome will directly dictate how successful you are. Motivated people have specific goals and look for ways to achieve them. Believing there is a solution to the same old problems you encounter year after year is vitally important to creating a life that you love. Whatever you think and believe, you create. Listen to what you’re telling yourself, and adjust that voice if you need to.

7. S – Start! A great life is the result of starting. There’s the old saying everyone’s familiar with “a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” In order to even move from the couch to the refrigerator, you have to start. There’s no better time to start than today. Don’t wait for a raise, or until the kids get older, or the weather is better. Today, right now, is the right day to start to take a step in the direction of your heart’s desires. It’s what you do TODAY that will make a difference in your life tomorrow.
